Please note that your season ticket grants access only to a set number of shows depending on the package you selected. To reserve your seats, use this code at checkout for each show you wish to attend. Reservations are required in advance, as season tickets do not guarantee seating without online reservation. Be sure to reserve early, as seating is subject to availability. Please review the terms and conditions before finalizing your purchase.

1. How do I reserve seats for each show with my season ticket? After purchasing your season ticket, you’ll receive a unique promo code via email. This code lets you reserve seats online for each individual show in your package. As individual show tickets go on sale, simply go to our website, select the show you’d like to attend, proceed with reservation as normal, enter your promo code at checkout, and confirm your order. 2. I haven’t received my promo code yet. What should I do? Promo codes are sent within 48 hours of your purchase. If you haven’t received yours by then, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact our box office at stageatburke@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your code promptly. 3. Do I need to reserve my seats in advance? Yes, reserving seats in advance is required. Your season ticket gives you a free ticket, but seats are not automatically reserved. Using your promo code, you can choose your preferred show dates and seats online and receive a 100% off discount on up to one (1) ticket per order. 4. Can I just show up at the door and use my season ticket? No, your season ticket does not guarantee entry without an online reservation. To make sure you have a seat, please reserve your spot online ahead of time using your unique promo code. 5. Can I share my season ticket promo code with others? No, each season ticket and promo code is tied to the individual purchaser and cannot be shared. Each code allows for one seat per show as specified in your package. 6. What happens if I accidentally buy a regular ticket without using my promo code? Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for tickets purchased without the promo code. Please be sure to apply your promo code during checkout to redeem your season ticket benefits. 7. Can I use my promo code more than once for a single show? No, each season ticket allows for one ticket per show. After you’ve redeemed a ticket for a particular show, the promo code will not allow additional code uses for that show. 8. Are season tickets refundable? No, season tickets are non-refundable. Please review your package selection carefully before purchasing. 9. Do I have to print my tickets? No, it’s not necessary to print your tickets. You can show your reservation confirmation on your phone when you arrive, or simply check in with the box office using your name. 10) What happens if I reserve a ticket but find out I can't make my show time? No worries! Contact us at stageatburke@gmail.com as soon as you find out that you can't make a show. We can move your show date and time to your next available date. Please note that tickets cannot be transferred over different shows.

Terms and Conditions

Non- Refundable: All season ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances. One Ticket Per Show: Season tickets grant access to one admission per show based on your season ticket package. Additional tickets for the same show must be purchased at the regular ticket price. Additional tickets can be purchased simultaneously. Limited Show Access: The season ticket provides access to a set number of shows (either the Full Season Ticket (18), a Comedy Only Season Ticket (12), or Plays Only Season Ticket (6)). This allocation cannot be extended or replenished once all included admissions have been used. Personal Use Only: Season tickets are intended for personal use by the ticket holder. They are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others beyond the original purchaser. Reservation Policy: Season ticket holders are responsible for reserving their show tickets online in advance. The season ticket does not guarantee a reserved seat without an online reservation, and it cannot be used to purchase walk-up tickets at the door on the day of the show. We recommend securing your seats as early as possible to ensure access to preferred performances, as seating is subject to availability. In the event that you cannot make your chosen show time (ie. sickness, emergency, etc.) please contact us at least 6 hours before your showtime in order for us to be able to transfer your ticket to your next available time. Reservation Code Requirement: Season ticket holders must use the unique code provided in their email confirmation to reserve their tickets for each performance. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to apply this code during the reservation process. The theater is not liable for missed reservations due to failure to use the assigned code. Changes to Schedule: The Stage reserves the right to change show dates, times, or programming due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify ticket holders of any changes as early as possible. Terms Subject to Change: The Stage at Burke Junction reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to season ticket holders and take effect immediately.
